Any product queries concerning and related to product and product deliveries must be addressed to within 24 hrs of the product received by the customer or preferred customer.

Products can be returned to the Shipped address within 24 hours for replacement in case of different products sent than the ordered one or if product found defective due to manufacturing, which is subject to the report of the Supplier when sent back for verification

Orders of Health, Nutritional Supplement products, Cosmetics products, Personal care products, Sports Nutrition, Essential Oils, Beverages, Juices, Snacks, Groceries, Pulses, Spices, Cereals, Pet products, Ready to Eat Meal, Coffee, Tea, Energy drinks etc are not eligible for refunds but eligible for replacements if the products found defectives due to manufacturing or damaged in shipping are. These is because they cannot be re-usable due to hygiene factor and health factors which may affect another person if resold.

Replacement of products will be done after receipt of defective products and due verification of the retuned products within 4 to 7 Business days

GOODLIFES will inform the customer and make arrangement to pick up the defective products through its Logistic Shipping Partner and also will not charge for the shipping for replacement products if they are sent wrong

Customer and Preferred customers need to inspect the packaging and if found damaged need to inform the delivery person the same while taking delivery

Customers and Preferred Customers can Cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment within 3 to 5 Business days depending upon the payment mode. Please mention your Order no and product ordered to cancel your order to , The full Order need to eb cancelled and partial orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment Refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect wrong products are delivered to the customers. Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 8 Business days of receiving the request form you and upon authorisation of the refund due to wrong products sent by the Supplier

Refunds are estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 5-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
